Hours: Vary, but can be up to 10 hours per week
Contract Type: Self-Employed, Ad-Hoc Basis (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-employed administrator to support our team with procedural updates in our CRM system and manage associated customer records. The role involves working with Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp. This is an ad-hoc position estimated at 8-10 hours per week. As we are developing our own software, the same processes will need to be managed within our system in approximately six months, with the aim of making these tasks easier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform procedural updates in our CRM system.
  • Manage and update customer records in Google Contacts.
  • Maintain and organise data in Google Sheets.
  • Execute email campaigns and manage subscriber lists in Mailchimp.
  • Adapt to new software and processes as our custom system is developed and implemented.


  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new software and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working with sensitive, personal data.
  • Familiarity with data management and email marketing best practices.
