At Evolve, we believe in promoting a more active lifestyle by encouraging you to take small steps towards increasing your physical activity.
You don’t have to jump right into rigorous exercise routines; instead, start by doing a little more than what you’re currently doing and gradually build this up as you feel more confident over time.
We understand that the idea or simply the word exercise (or activity) can be overwhelming, and you might feel like you need to dress up in Lycra or join a gym to get started. However, the good news is that you don’t have to do any of that unless you want to! The key is to find an activity that you enjoy and that gets your heart pumping a little faster, whether it’s taking a walk, dancing around your home, gardening, or anything else that motivates you to move.
Remember, every little bit of activity counts, and the really important thing is to have fun while doing it.

10 minutes a day for 4 weeks – Make it a Habit!
